Sunny Thakur, the driver who met us in Chandigarh airport and was with us throughout our travel, was very helpful, courteous, respectful, and patient. He was extremely familiar with everything in and around Shimla - maybe a little bit less about Chandigarh. With Google maps though, it didn’t make much of a difference. He provided physical assistance wherever I needed help and sometimes walked along with us to make sure he was there when we needed help. A wonderful character and we are very grateful for his help.
Rooms in Shimla Heaven were spacious and comfortable, the food and food service excellent, the staff courteous and friendly, and we felt very much at home.
The Lalith in Chandigarh was a great experience. It definitely was in a different class of its own, but one thing I realized was that food and laundry were terribly expensive.
The places we visited were all very memorable, and overall, it was a grand experience.

The trip was a good break. The timing was right with less rush after the schools opened ( Jun 2016 and conducive weather since the heat was off, but the rains had not really started ( I don't think we would have enjoyed it if we had gone mid-may for example). Coorg, Heritage Resort: Good points: food variety, location, comfortable rooms. Only downside was having to climb up to the restaurant at the top for every meal! (But that was good exercise too). Mysore, Silent Shores: They have maintained their good food quality and variety, well done. While going we took SH 85 road (Magadi, old mysore road) instead of Mysore road. It was a great drive except for a small unmaintained stretch from Keralapura to Ramanathapura. ( I believe there is an alternate better but longer road for this stretch on the other side of the Cauvery river)

The trip to Singapore was very delightful. All pick-ups and drops were right on schedule, and the drivers and tour guides were courteous and friendly. We were handed the tickets to the various events on arrival, and given the time to validate and check everything. Check-in process at the hotel was smooth as well - we were able to get into a room immediately and the hotel gave us the second room at 10 AM in the morning on Wednesday itself - that is much appreciated.
The attractions were great and I didn’t have much difficulty in mobility except in Sentosa. Wheelchairs were available in Jurong and Universal Studios which I was able to utilize. The city tour guide on Saturday was very friendly and helpful as well, and he dropped us off at Little India at our request so we could spend Saturday afternoon doing some shopping.

This is to place on records our family's appreciation and thanks for a wonderfully organised tour of Italy, Switzerland and the additional Paris leg. All hotels booked were good in terms of service and locations. Simi in Zermatt was the best experience with personal touch from the owner to cater for our vegetarian requirements for breakfast. Metropole in Interlaken could be slightly better in terms of service. Also, they charge extra for higher floor rooms & take deposits for usage of facilities like adaptors etc. Hotel Corona in Paris was the smallest in sizes but good service levels. All hotels were centrally located with easy access to train or food. All transfers were nicely organised and punctual. Nice polite cabbies and large cars. All excursions were prompt and delivered to the voucher details. We thoroughly enjoyed our Italy historical sites visit and all the Mountain visits in Switzerland. Would not recommend Euro Disney to families with kids above 9 years...a disappointment. You can add Shanthi veg restaurant for Interlaken...close to West station with excellent South Indian thali by a Sri Lankan Tamil ex-professor. Overall a highly satisfying tour and thanks to you and your team for the wonderful organisation

The 4 star hotels booked were excellent in service & were centrally located. We could easily connect with road/rail. In fact, Waldstatterhof hotel in Lucerne, Switzerland was the best in terms of accessible to train & bus stations. We could coordinate with the local guides very easily in Italy for walking tours etc … in Switzerland, the Swiss Pass facilitated easy transit by train/ bus/ boat to our destination. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour.

I was suggested stay at Silk Route Inn, Leh. Going by the latest reviews on internet, I was quite skeptical about staying there. But Aravind convinced us quite positively about the stay. We also had local talent coming and performing the folk dances and songs of Ladakh for us, which was very entertaining.

Let me first thank you and your team for organizing such an excellent holiday for us. This trip to Ladakh would not have been such memorable had we not stayed in Ladakh Sarai. To give an overview, we are extremely happy with all the facilities and people in Ladakh Sarai.The place and the hospitality of the people is excellent. We have never shared any bond with people in other hotels we stayed. However in Ladakh Sarai, it was like staying in a friend’s house with people offering us tea whenever they meet us. The food is excellent and we have never tasted so much varieties of food anywhere. The entire management team there helped us a lot in explaining the tour and were always there to help us whenever we needed assistance which is unheard of in any other hotels. The drivers were very professional and navigated the tough terrain of Ladakh with professional expertise (particularly the person who took us to Nubra and Pangong).
The only issues which I have to mention relates mainly to infrastructure issues battled by the city of Leh in particular relating to frequent current cut's which is beyond control. Thanks a lot for you and your teams' help in organizing such an excellent trip

The Trip to Windflower- Wayanad was excellent. The Resort is well placed among hills and has beautiful views and landscapes around. It was raining continuously for both the days we stayed there.. but then the weather was awesome and chilling and the mountain view from the resort is excellent. The rooms/villas were spacious with nice sit out area surrounded by beautiful natural greenery. The best thing about the resort- is the food which is the most lavish and tastiest that we had in all the trips so far. There were almost 20 desserts in the buffet every day and all sorts of cuisines, They even asked to make any extra dishes as per our liking and the chefs were always present to help and ask for more.. Chef Srinivasan even made some wonderful pasta and baby corn for my daughter!! The front office staff and the restaurant staff were very warm and courteous. We simply loved our stay there!!

Bodhgaya, Nananda sector was one of the best. The stay in hotel Imperial was good. The driver Gyan Singh was excellent. Varanasi was also a completely different experience, we enjoyed it. Enjoyed the Ganges, Kashi Viswanath, and Sarnath. Hotel Meredian was moderate - I guess the place was very laid back and the attitude of the staff was not good.
North was very cold, however we were well prepared with lots of woollen so it was fine

Everybody including Mr Naveed, the drivers, the hotel staff were extremely warm, cordial & helpful. Though it was really chill, Kashmir is a place which has to be experienced both in summer and winter. The only thing where we were at a little discomfort was the houseboat because the heating system used was LPG and the odour put us off.

Tea Nest - Coonoor is at a very nice location amongst tea plantations. Very calm and quite place to spend the holiday. Staff were nice and friendly, food was very good. The food provided was excellent catering for different tastes and people. Complimentary water sports provided by the hotel to the couple are very enjoyable. Boat house , bar and the spa that belong to this hotel are very good . Actually water sports in hotel is much cheaper compared to outside water sports. In one sentence, Mauritius is a wonderful place to visit and relax . It has beautiful beaches and adventurous water sports. Very neat, clean and amazing country

The holiday was great. Windflower Resort, Vythri & the villa that we stayed in were in a wonderful location. My only suggestion would be to include local cuisine (Kerala) as part of the buffet. It was very heavily north Indian. Having some local cuisine will also give travellers a flavour of the state they are visiting

We had a wonderful week in Kerala. Locations were superb, upgrading was very pleasant, treatment everywhere outstanding, and to mention in particular: an excellent driver: as driver, as host, as informant. Just on the details: Taj Malabar - Cochin was of course very very special. Munnar is fine. Shalimar Spice Garden - Thekkady is a great place & perfect location as it is close to a lot of things. Rainbow Houseboat was an experience – just unique.
Very fine tour – both the lake and the backwaters. Perfect catering and a fine crew. Then on to the last point Kumarakom lake Resort – just, how did you manage to keep paradise hidden for us till the very last day! Upgrading was impressive.
It was a good decision to have a car on our own. It creates a lot of freedom but even a greater pleasure with such an excellent competent driver as Mr. Subhash. For us he meets with highest criteria of careful precise no-risk taking (not a single time!!) driving next to the other roles that he can play. He is very modest, no story teller, but very courteous in answering questions or taking an initiative at the moment that the passengers to not know exactly what to do. Strongly recommended to you – but probably you already knew. Once again, a wonderful week
